Xeroxing
You can have copies made on College Avenue at Murray Hall by submitting a copy form in the mailroom and depositing your photocopying in the largest mailroom box. On Douglass or Cook Campus, speak to Emma Rumen at 135 George Street. Please allow at least 24 hours for all copy requests. Since most course materials are included in the coursepack, we hope that you will be able to keep photocopying to a minimum. In no case should it exceed 25 pages per student.

Office Assignments and Keys
If you are teaching on College Avenue campus, you should see Rosalind McInerney in Murray 107 (732-932-7571) to arrange office space and to obtain keys. If you are teaching on Douglass Campus, speak to Emma Rumen at 135 George Street (732-932-8856). A limited number of spaces are available in the Loree Building for teachers on the Douglass / Cook Campuses (assigned by the course coordinator in order of seniority).

Parking
To obtain a parking hang-tag, decal, and key card, you will need to bring two things to the Department of Parking Services (732-932-7744), located at 36 Mine Street (8:30 to 4:00 M-F): 1. a letter from Rosalind McInerney (107 Murray, 732-932-7571) describing your appointment and 2. the vehicle registration.

Paychecks
Be sure to fill out and return all payroll forms to Linda Kozusko in Murray 103 (732-932-7625 / 7674) before the semester begins or as soon as possible thereafter. First time appointees may experience a slight delay in receiving their first paycheck. Once you are on the payroll, you may pick up your paychecks from Pat Cain in Murray 109.

Enrollment
There should be no more than 25 students per section. Do not allow more than this number into your class, and send all students wishing to add your class to Add/Drop. (See the note below in the "Suggested Activity Plan" concerning enrollment).
