Site Review Page

For the Collab, review a topic-related site of your choice — and make the review a visual pleasure (and Photoshop workout) by showing samples of the site with labels, highlights, comments, etc. Use our Design Baseline for help with your critique. Bottom-line: review a site you'd recommend, one that would complement your Collab.

Requirements

1. Comparison(s) to at least one related site, to which you give a link.

2. Minimum content: at least 400 words and one illustrative image, augmented with highlights & labels and integrated with accompanying text.

3. Discussion of

• audience: who you think uses the site and what their needs are — and why they find the site satisfactory (or not).
• tone & design: how do the design and content achieve a particular feel, e.g., straightforward like W3Schools, snarky like Gawker, geek-silly like Webmonkey, etc.
• content depth & merit: what's really useful or satisfying at this site, especially in comparison to what other sites offer. Discuss at least one subpage in detail.
• what else you think the site should do or change, and where/why you'd go elsewhere for related content.
